What we do

Four ways to walk this with someone who's done it before.

Mix and match. Most families start with mapping, add essay review in the summer before senior year, and keep the membership running through May 1.

Two rooms, one house

The student and the parent need different things. We don't pretend otherwise.

If you're the one applying

Your application. Your voice. Not your mom's.

We help you tell a story that sounds like you - not a brochure version of you. Honest feedback, no formulas, no one writing your essay for you.

  • Essay coaching that protects your voice
  • Major-fit conversations that go past job titles
  • Strategy you can actually screenshot and explain

If you're the one paying for it

Be the support - without becoming the project manager.

Most of you didn't grow up with US college admissions. That's not a deficit; it's just the situation. We translate the system so you can be a parent again, not a part-time advisor.

  • A clear roadmap from 9th grade to May 1
  • Financial aid and FAFSA without the jargon
  • Calls in plain English (and the occasional Hindi or Mandarin)

The realistic mapping promise

We don't make lists that are all reach.

The "everything is a reach school" trap is the most expensive mistake we see - three schools on a 12-school list shouldn't be miracles. Our mapping starts from the student's actual profile and works outward. Try the rough version below.

(This demo uses mock data, but the real engagement is dramatically more rigorous - transcripts, course rigor, intended major, geographic spread, financial fit.)

A note from the founders

We started this for a reason. We're not in it for the volume.

Between us we've spent two decades inside US classrooms, admissions offices, and our own dinner-table debates over college lists. We started Admit Circle because the families we love kept getting two bad options: a $50K boutique that treated their kid like a portfolio asset, or a Facebook group where strangers passed around outdated advice.

We think there's a third way. One that respects the parents, gives the student a voice of their own, and tells the truth about what a realistic list looks like - even when the truth is harder to hear.

We wrote down everything we wished someone had told us when our own kids were applying. That's the whole product, really.

In their own words

What families say after the dust settles.

Names lightly anonymized. Outcomes verified.

  • "What I needed wasn't another consultant telling me my daughter had a shot at Harvard. I needed someone to help us actually figure out where she'd be happy."

    Anjali R.

Parent of a UC Davis '28
  • "They edited my essay without erasing it. That sounds small. It was not small."

    Devansh P.

    Student, NJ
    Class of 2028
  • "My husband and I are both engineers. Neither of us went to college in the US. Their parent kit was the first thing that didn't make me feel stupid for asking basic questions."

    Priya M.

    Parent, Cupertino
  • "The mapping conversation reframed our whole list. We dropped two reaches that didn't actually fit and added a Likely school he ended up loving."

    Carla T.

Parent of a UT Austin '28
Questions families ask us

Answers, no asterisks.

If we don't have a clean answer to something, we'll tell you that too. Email hello@admitcircle.com for the things you don't see here.

Two ways. First, we're a fraction of the cost - most families work with us across two to three years for less than a single Ivywise package. Second, we don't pretend everyone belongs at an Ivy. We build realistic lists, then help students do their best work for the schools where they'll actually thrive.

Last stop before you close the tab

Talk to us before you spend a dollar.

Fifteen minutes, on Zoom, with one of us - not a sales rep. We'll tell you whether we can help, and if we can't, we'll point you to someone who can.
